Brake Fluid dripping from rear drum???
what do you guys think the problem is??? Brake fluid is dripping from the passenger side rear drum on my 89 crx si. I didn't notice it until i was driving down the freeway and the brakes decided to go completely to the floor, so i decided to look and see if i found anything. when it goes to the floor i can pump it a few times and it will go back to a semi-normal position. what do you think is wrong?

That sounds like the wheel cylinder is leaking and should be replaced or rebuilt...
I would also replace the shoes and turn the drum while it is apart..

You need to take the cover off and find out, if its leaking from the top it will run down to the bottom.
I had a wheel cylinder leak and the **** went everywhere so I'd check it asap.

i third the wheel cylinder recommendation. my car leaked out the entire master cylinder worth of brake fluid in a matter of a few weeks (the car was just sitting).
get some new wheels clyinders and drum shoes while you are at it. it will cost about $40 per side for both (what it cost me for a honda wheel cylinder + autozone drum shoes).
oh and one thing i found is that the wheel cylinders i got from consumer auto parts had a very small bleeder screw, smaller than stock. you might want to check the size of the bleeder screw before buying a replacement wheel clyinder.

probably a wheel cylinder like the rest of them said, i had a busted one and it only cost me 16 bucks for a new one at autozone

leaking wheel cylinder is what your problem is, take off the rear wheel, pull the drum cover off and look to see, it is a little cylinder piece towards the top in between the two brake shoes.

I had the exact opposite experience, the non-OEM cylinder I got from an autoparts store had a larger bleeder, I guess I got lucky.

Fluid from rear drum? it's one of three things:
1. bad wheel cylinder
2. bleeder valve not tightened/not working properly
3. loose/cracked/worn brake line
