Default How much to take off when milling a D15B2 head to get 10.5:1 - 11:1 compression??

I just finished porting my D15B2 head, and would like to get my head milled to achieve a compression around 10.5:1 to 11:1. Can anybody tell me how much to mill off the head? The motor is a D15B2 (89 dx) with stock pistons and stroke. Also, I was wondering which factory Honda head gasket is the thinnest for a D series. Maybe I'll get a thinner head gasket to bump compression up. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
