thinking about getting some Rota Slips in black:
these were taken at the end of last month. i came across a deal on sme 16' Rota Slipstreams in black. they'll be the Spoon knockoffs. anyway, do you guys think they would look good on my car? thanks a lot. paul.

Damn nice *** paint where did you say you got it painted at? was it macco or something like that.Man i dont know what color to paint my car

the color is Desert Silver Metallic (Acura RSX). i had to go back when it was time to paint because they couldn't match it perfectly. so, i decided to have them mix in a little bit of a bronze tint. so it's somewhat a custom color. the color is a lot better looking in person and with better lighting as well. like i said, the weather was crap.
i bought the car as a 97 EX coupe in dark green. i did a 99-00 civic front end conversion and just got the c/f hood for it last week. it's also GSR powered.
as far as the taillights, if i can get an awesome deal on some OEM 99-00 tails, i'll go for it. any other questions? thanks a lot.

the hood fits just fine. i don't have those rubber flaps that come on the OEM hoods. i just haven't taken out those rubber gromits/nubbins under the hood. i'm putting pins or locks on it this weekend. as for the tails, i'll get some 99-00 OEMs if i can get a monster deal on'em. it's not that all important to me. the lip was painted at the same time but i noticed that in some lighting, it doesn't match exaclty. but i'm ok with it. thinking about getting another one either way.
