Default N/A CRX, 13s, Cheap

What's the most cost-effective way to get a full-interior CRX to run 13s without n2o or FI? Just curious... Doing a little car shopping for a friend of mine.

b20 bottom end with a ys1 tranny and a b16 head with some itr cams and manifold will easily get you there and could be easily had for under $2500

h22 but that will not handle good at all
b16 block sleeved
boared 30 over
30 over pistons
rods
skunk 2 stage 2 cams
valves and retainers and valve springs
IHE
injectors
intake manifold
igniton
mugen ecu chip
lsd tranny
and some good tires you will be running better then 13's no problem

I think you'd have to run slicks/drag radials though, but yes, I agree with you blackZC.

a6 to hit 13's all motor would be a good chunk of change, not easy IMO
