I will soon be installing a Fields Vtec Controller, and some cam gears on my car and I need to get them tuned... Currently I have the CTR intake cam, CAI, and DC 4-1. I am looking for a shop that has a lot of experiece tuning this setup in California... Since I live on the Central Coast (San Luis Obispo), I can go to LA or SF... Any recomendations? Have you heard of any shops that are able to tune this setup w/ the proper dyno equipment?

The place that I heard with good service and excellent knowledge with what they are doing would be DynoSpotRacing in Mountain View, near the Bay Area. You can ask Gee3 in this forum about his experience with them. His setup is pretty similar to yours and they did an excellent job tuning his. Yes I do go to Cal Poly... Our sports car club is going to Buttonwillow at the end of this month and I am trying to do some last minute tuning....
