Any linit on compression with a chipped ECU?

Default Any linit on compression with a chipped ECU?

OK im building an N?A b16 for my 88 CRX. IS there a limit that i can go and still run my ECU? OR will i be forced to run a stand alone? HWats the magical number? IF there even is one

A ECU chip can be used on your engine no matter what the compression is, but there comes a point when using a stand-alone like Hondata allows you to fine tune your motor to get some extra horsepower when you're running high compression (12:1+)

the magical limit is directly related to how well tuned your car is.
