Check out Clubrsx.com and search. They're some threads. An Alternative which seems to be a better choice would be the Jackson Racing race header for its price and performance.

Mine is the green line - comptech race header equipped. The red and blue lines were before/after JR race header on a full K20A swapped DC5. Other important info is my car had the hondata tune, while the K20A JDM ecu was in effect for the other vehicle.
Here is another comparison of my vehicle in an older state of tune vs. another full K20A swapped RSX. Difference here is that this K20A RSX is Hondata tuned:
Hope that helps.
The JR race header is $300 less and makes good peak hp gain. The comptech race header makes better midrange and peak hp. (The K20A in the 2nd plot makes more peak hp due to the higher compression ratio.)
do u think the itr cams can help with better midrange and the bored TB with the JR header, test pipe, and catback..casue u didnt say that u had these items when u tested the two headers..

I had the JR header, and I got the CEL. However, the car still ran fine. Someone had mentioned that if you wrapped the 2nd O2 sensor with aluminum foil, that would solve the CEL. I never tried it though.
