anyone have the PS completely removed?
I drove a friends car with the PS belt off and it was horrible.
However, I've since heard that if you drain the entire system of fluid as well, then its not so bad. I don't mind stiff steering but I want to be able to retain control of my car around corners when driving quickly (which was difficult to do with my friends car).
Also - what do you do with the vehicle speed sensor? It has PS fluid going through it, right?

i got the belt off of mine, and i dont think it is that bad! You oughtta go lift some milk cartons or something. No belt, no pump, no fluid. NO problems!
