Help! '95 Accord stalls out when put into drive
My '95 Accord starts up fine, but there is hesitation when I put it into drive, once I get going it seems fine until I slow down, then it stalls out. When I restart the car, and put it into drive, it will not go forward in D thru 1st gear. Could this be the timing belt (car has 142K miles and not sure if the belt was ever changed)? Could this be the fuel injection system. What things could I do to check without fancy equipment to do my own troubleshooting? Would like some advice before I take it to the shop. Many Thanks!!!
no, it got nothing to do wit ur auto tran.......on all honda, evertym u disconeect your battery or reset ur ecm, you need to let the car run ; about 15min, wit all the electrical turn off, and let the ecm relearn the idle,,,,,,,,,
reset ur ecm again, let it idle for 15min or more........sut it off and start again......now ur car wil not stall again...peace
