Default Paint Removal

In the process of tinting my rear lights, i got a bit of the polycarbonate spray on my car's paint. Does anyone know how to remove this? I tried using heavy duty car wash liquid (i knew it wouldnt work) and it didn't work.

Thanks.

Also, I have scratches on my rear bumper which are white. How do I cover these up?
