is the fender cut differently on the OEM JDM front end?

is the fender cut differently on the OEM JDM front end?
i ask because i bought my R with the front end and eibachs... and the back sits lower than the front and i thought it might be just the fender cut... (higher) or if it's the springs...(maybe they on backwards?)??
