Intercooler fitment on Accord
I have an intercooler 30x9x3 1/2. I need some pics of how you guys mounted your intercoolers and what you cut out. Not so much worried about the sides, just on the top and bottom, and where you cut the bumper support out. I have a 94 accord, also can you post pics of how you cut the stock bumper to get it to fit back on.
I used to have the intercooler that had all the piping come back to the passenger side with minor fitment issues. This one is becoming a PITA, but hopefully worth it. Thanks

sorry, i wish i had pics but i had the set-up about 2 years ago.
this was a 96 accord with an h22a custom turbo.
using a revhard manifold and almost the identical specs to your ic including endtanks. i believe mine might have been a tad wider. the piping from the tb to the intercooler outlet was standard through the feder well where the resonator usually resides.
on the intercooler inlet the piping looked similar to the f-max kit for preludes. the piping was run up along the radiator over the top under the hood. the compressor outlet on the turbo faced up and there was a 90degree bend. the piping ran for about a foot or so before bending back down towards the ic. i had a 90 degree hks ubend mounted right on the ic with 2.5inch piping which was done by the shop.
all work done by rpmnyc in queens village, ny.
this was also done with a fluidyne radiator if that matters to you.
