FS...Red 1990 Civic Si
Sorry, no pics. Need to get a digital camera one of these days.
Anyways... It's exactly like it comes from the factory...
1.6l pgm-fi 5 speed, body color bumpers, dual mirrors, 14 inch wheels with full wheel covers, etc.
The only things I've added are the center console extension, window tint, rear speaker pods and trunk cover, and alarm.
The engine compression is between 189 and 192 psi when I checked a few months ago. There are no leaks or drips. It uses about 12 ounces of oil between the 4000 mile change intervals. The clutch is original and shows no signs of slippage. There is however a hissing noise in neutral (and in gear) with the clutch engaged. It's been doing that for about 18 months now and not getting any louder.
Everything works 100% except for the 'flash to pass' high beam feature, and the rear wiper arm is sloppy and could be partly stripped (victim of an automated car wash last year). The rear window tint is starting to bubble on the edges. Not too bad for almost 14 years, I guess.
The engine bay is VERY clean. The interior is clean and has no rips or tears. There is one small, approx 1/8 inch burn hole on the passenger side seat side bolster. Drivers side floor mat has a wear spot from the driver's heel.
I am the original owner of this car and bought it in October of 1989. It is still my daily driver.
The rust is on the left side rear wheel opening at the bottom forward edge and a small spot on the rear edge above the bumper. The right side only has rust at the bottom forward edge.
A couple of recent new parts are front springs, radiator, B pipe, and plug wires. I tried to keep the car as original as possible using OEM parts. I also have the original window sticker and sales brochure.
IM me if you want additional information or to discuss the car.
