Default 5th gen and 4th gen coilover suspensions

Does anyone have personal experience with the 4th gen prelude Tanabe Sustec Pro SS versus the Tein SS coilovers, and can testify the pros/cons/likes/dislikes between the two setups?

Also, does anyone know if the 4th gen and 5th gen coilover systems are interchangable, as some sites list they are, and others list they aren't. Alternately speaking, what modifications are required in order to use a 5th gen setup on a 4th gen?

Thanks in advance

I think the TEIN SS are the same for both 4th and 5th gen preludes.

I've heard good things about both the TEIN and TANABE setups... TEIN seems to be more common... I've also installed a set of JIC FLTA2 coilovers on my roommate's 2k2 maxima. He loves 'em and they seem to perform well, but then again its on a 4dr sport sedan, so its hard to compare to how it would feel on a lude.... (HE hates that his $1700 suspension can't keep up with my stock suspension through sharp curves )The spring rates on the JIC setup are higher than most i've seen. I have the catalog at home, but i wanna say the lude rates were like 10kg/7kg?

EDIT:
JIC FLTA2
10/7 kg
564/393 lb/in

TEIN SS
8/4
448/224

TEIN FLEX
10/6
559/336

TEIN HA
12/8
671/448

I've heard good things about the the SS. I'm going to buy them pretty soon.

One of my friends had HA's on his old prelude, and they were awesome.
