Default Exhaust advice!!

I'm located in the Toronto area and am looking to change my exhaust from 2.25 to 2.5. Can anyone suggest a shop in the Toronto area who specialize in mandrel bends for a reasonable price? Also, my setup will be as follows:

AEM CAI, Vibrant JDM 4-1 Header, High Flow cat, Titanium exhaust.

Would going from 2.25" to 2.5" decrease my power or increase it? I'm not planning on any power adders in the future.

Thanks!!

i went to Brullen exhaust. they are located in markham.

they only deal with stainless steel and they have mandrel bent exhaust peices which they neatly weld togeather for a nice clean job.

they are NOT cheap by any means but they do good work. they will make you whatever you like. they make their own mufflers and resonators and such.

you need to call them for pricing and to book an apointment.

call them at (905) 415-7733 ask to speak to richard or leave a message and he will call you back.

as for a power diffrence going from 2.25 to 2.5"........you may not notice a huge diffrence right now but later on in the future when you start doing some serious modding then the 2.5" will really help.

I am going with Vibrant, there was apparently some mis-communication. I'm getting the Vibrant Header, cat, and Titanium muffler, but they don't have the piping yet Thanks for the tip, I'll check into them.

A&A Exhaust in Hamilton 905 578 4303 / 1 800 461 2495. QEW East Niagara, cross over the Skyway bridge and take the Centennial Pkwy exit, turn right, 2 streets make a left onto Burford follow to the end to Gray's Rd. Ask for Terry.

they redid my Kakimoto exhaust (removed the mid resonator) and used a 304 stainless tubing 2.5 in. ID instead (no obstruction).

I recommend them.Prices in Hamilton are more reasonable.

cheers
Tuan

I just received the R back from Brullen Exhaust in Markham... All I can say is

Quality work, car pulls harder.... Richard and company from Brullen are very good.

oh yeah - I put in a 2.5' mandrel bent setup header back with a high flow Brullen cat.... and a resonator....

The thing looks stealth..... boooooyyeah!

Edwin I am studying so I can school you! I have had enough of your tom-foolery.

2.5 ' mandrel bent stainless steel setup, with high flow cat and resonators, so the po po's don’t hassle me - cost 1000.00 even.

All bolt on flanges where applicable and all welds are TIG. Then everything is painted with 2 coats of high temp flat black paint and dried under heat lamps...

The tip was then polished and angle cut just like stock! Very stealthy.

Hangers and brackets are SS as well. Lifetime warranty.

Richard actually told me when I picked the car up.... "Now GO drive the sheit outta that car".... I then proceeded to school a yellow scoobie wrx on the way home... To the yellow WRX in Richmond Hill which plate read "burnout" you know who you are - Boooooya!

Update.

Brullen replaced the catalytic converter. Solved the rattle. However a week later the rattling began aga and the rattling is stemming from the catalytic converter again!

Next time I'm there I'm going to be asking for a Dynomax catalytic converter.

My car's AF has been tuned. So it's not that. Just crappy catalysts.

Hey Edwin could the fact that you took out your engine mounts and welded the engine directly to the chassis be causing the cats to keep breaking....
