I have installed springs and shocks on my teg. Tomorrow I am going to help my friend do his 96 accord. Is this a lot different? The only thing that i can think of that would be different would be the trunk area, how do i get to the strut towers in the rear? I think everything else should be similar to my car. Thx

 

should be pretty similar. the strut towers are under the trunk lining right where you'd think they'd be. Install should be pretty easy. Good Luck.

 

look out for the rear lca's..the bolt going through them holding the shock on likes to get rusted to the bushing...they only way you can really get it out is to press the bushing out, press a new one in, and replace the bolt..you might be able to air hammer the bolt out of the bushing but chances are it'll be in there really good

 

How do you take out the trunk liner?
