-no deck or speakers
-needs 2 new door panels
-17" chrome tantrum imitations
-i know it's ricer but clear front corners and bumper lenses and a ghetto exhaust tip

A 94 LX with >100k milesin very good shape is a $4k car. The engine rebuild is $1500-2K if your not doing it yourself; and that's how you should look at it whether your doing the work or not. Replacing the doors, fixing the dents, associated body work and a paint job is also $1500-2k. We won't even talk about the interior.
Unless your doing all the work yourself and/or the car is "free to good home", I'd pass.

Actually, a 1994 LX with 100K is a $3000 car.

Never-never-never-never-never-never buy a non-running car. Period. Unless it's super-duper "give-away" cheap - like less than $900. There are always more things wrong with it than the seller tells you or it appears. ALWAYS-ALWAYS-ALWAYS-ALWAYS
It sounds like it lived a harsh non-garaged life thru a couple non-caring owners. I'd really pass.
