Diameters of USDM Steering wheel vs JDM SRS vs JDM Non-SRS
Did a search, no direct results...
Correct me if I am wrong...
Is the USDM 390 or 370mm?
JDM SRS is bigger than non-SRS, but by how much? I know Non-SRS is 350.

Why?
Do you want a Non SRS?
I do have one that is Not installed, in perfect condition, just like Oscars, and haven't decided what to do with it yet.

I would like a SRS for insurance purposes if something do happen.
I will moved on to true 350 wheels once my car becomes a track car.
If the JDM SRS is somewhat close to the USDM SRS, then I don't think I'll change it.
So guys, what's the sizing of USDM SRS wheels?

Just tell the insurance company that you removed the airbags and that they need to take the airbag discount off your policy (approx $90 in savings every 6 months ... woo).

Yeah, yeah, yeah I know I'm the King of procrastination.
Oscar, did you need to get the alignment done again after you did the wheel? Do the splines match exactly?
I'd hate to swap it on and have it be off that one spline to the left or right, especially since the shop I'd get the alignment at is very busy and requires at least a 30 day advanced appointment.

alignment on steering wheel ? NOPE......
Just be sure the car is point straigth before you pull out the oem wheel and during the whole process.
FYI....OEM JDM MOMO steering wheel will point straight just like stock. Normal momo hub will go a little off center (like 2-3mm).

you guys need to try/ feel what a JDM size steering wheel could do for your driving plearsure.
The single biggest mistake Honda made in our car is putting the regular steering wheel on (instead the "normal" JDM one) IMO.

dunno about the actual size but compared to a 350mm wheel the stock one feels like it's at least 675mm

Not sure what SRS, but the Civic and Integra R's come with 360mm Momo wheels, not 368. If you are looking for one, I most likely will be getting rid of mine after I pick up the car. 360, even 350 is too big, I've been driving with a Momo 320 for the past 4 years, the others just feel too large now.

You say 360mm, the JDM EK9 catalog says 368mm.
I'm going with Honda's information on this one.

interesting George. where'd did that info come from? (just curious, don't doubt you)

So, I guess I'm the only one that actaully has the JDM, Non/SRS wheel and has not installed it yet?
Ok so next week, I will have a review but, for Wai's sake "No Pics"... I figured if I can't post pics for him yet, I won't post Pics for anyone.
PS am I the only one with stuff to install but am to lazy tp do it, or too lame to do it myself?

Certain things I don't install myself since my garage isn't well lit.
When I head over to Marcs shop to do the coolant flush and oil change, I'm going to install the steering wheel.
That and I don't have any Torx screwdrivers.

I was just at Honda yesterday sitting in my new Integra, its steering wheel was 13 29/32" or 350.4mm. Maybe the old Integra/Civic R Momo was 368mm, I don't have my old CivicR brochure with me to verify. I could of sworn when my friend bought his EK9 brand new it was a 360mm wheel.
Just was looking at the old EK9 page on Honda Japan's website, there is no mention on the size of the steering wheel. Only that is a Momo SRS type.
