hey
i have a 95 accord dx and its auto so that made me come to a decsion to make the car all show
so i wanted to start on by put in power windows and locks cuz its a pain in the *** to reach over and unlock and do all that window stuff if they leave it down

i was just wondering how much it would cost for all four door to have power windows and put power locks and if its worth it and where i can get the parts

personally i dont really think its worth cahnging everything out to power.. it would be more than costly. with the moenyi t would cost to put everything power you could do more exterior work.. prolyl get a body kit for it for close to what you would pay to power your windows and locks up

I'm thinking the cheapest way to go about it would be to swap the entire doors for power ones....

I'm probably wrong, but I'm assuming it's a chore to swap from manual windows to power...

I changed out the panels and guts on my hatchback, for EX coupe versions, in order to have factory power windows/locks. I think that OEM is the best way to do it. You can usually find complete sets at a junkyard, but it's a bitch to wire up. My friend was good with car alarms etc, and wired it up for me. As far as weight, only a few lbs difference.
