how to clean seat foam?

you know, the spongy inside of the car's seats. what do you guys suggest on how to clean them? clean in soapy water, then air dry like a sponge?

those turtle wax spray **** works..with a brush attached to the top..
but dry it or it will smell like an ****

these are del sol seats backing piece. is there a way to take off the cloth covering? im stuck where the headrest meets the body. does the headrest even mover or come off?
