sunroofs, i thought that was the way you told if they were a si or not i know there are other things then that but im looking to get this crx from an auto auction and is a 91 crx but with no sunroof so i was thinking it might be the hf not really sure so i thought i would ask you guys and gals.. and if it isnt then ti will have the 1.5 in it im guessing or it is the dx maybe i dont know maybe you people can help me out thanks. if you want a pic let me know i can email i dont have a site up yet thanks

 

yes si's have the sunroof.....dont you know it stands for Sunroof Included.......no im kidding sport injected but yes the si's have a sunroof they didnt make them without them ....check under the hood before you buy it..it it has 4 fuel injectors then its an si.....

 

well thats the problem it got a salvage title because of hail i dont know why but they did.. so i cant really look under the hood ... im not the one going to the auction my uncle is and hes a chevy guy so if i tell him what to look for its like talking to the wall .. not a clue but hes the one that found the car and wanted me to get another crx to build i thought i was right about the sunroof deal.... i really want a hatch but i figure i can sell this one when i get it to get my hatch back.. any way thanks ..

 

4 fuel injectors dont mean its an si, check the vin number on car fax and also check for other si related things, like seats, if 90-91 rear disc brakes and such. You might also want to look inside and see if the sunroof switch is there, maybe they painted over it or something....

Yea,
4 injectors could be an HF.
Does it have a twin tailpipe or single?
Rear wiper and washer nozzle on roof?
Alloy wheels or plastic wheel covers or steel wheels?
It will say "Si" in red letters on the pass. side rear triangle
Hf says "Hf" in the same spot, if it says nothing it's a DX
Both Si and Hf had front spoilers. But not DX
Red stripes on seats, hole in headrests.
There is more if you need it.
