Default bogging problem with my EF

Hi all, im having a problem with my car and im seeking some help here. Anyway when im driving my car in any gear from 1-5 @ around 1500-2300 rpm my car boggs and puts horribly but after around 2500 rpm the car picks up it's power and runs well. Anyone know what this problem can be. My motor is a zc and I had a chipped si ecu in my car so I though it was giving some wrong fuel maps so I changed back to a stock si ecu and still the same so the ecu is fine. I was thinking the fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs and wires or filter. Any ideas would be great. Thanx

Listen to your own advice, seriously. That's exactly where I'd start.

yea but thats a lot of parts and I don't have the cash to spend on all of them. Is there any way I can tell if the plugs and wires are bad?

a fuel filter is 20 bucks
its not going to be the air filter,
its more than likely not going to be the plugs, or the fuel pump

check the plugs, check the connectors on the spark plugs are they smooth or do they have any funky residue?

seriously the first thing i would do is get a new oxygen sensor, then spark plugs, then a fuel filter, and last but not least spark plug wires.

you probably could take ur o2 sensor out and clean it, use some gas and maybe some carb cleaner and reinstall it.
