h22 ecu in 4th gen
well, thats useful and im about to put a h22 tranny into my car. thats why im asking about the change in the redline....also, can the motor handle the revs that the tranny give out, cuz i kno the prelude redlines at just under 7000 rpm. will my motor handle that??
c'mon. i posted this in the tech forum and they weren't as helpful. wondering if u guys could help me out before i do something stupid to my car.
I dont really see that doing much for you. Unless you wanna screw your motor up.
The gears in the new tranny should do what you want. But as for the ecu. I wouldnt do it. If you want a hi revving motor a f22 isnt for you, unless you wanna build the head and bottem end.
I didnt see your post in the tech forum either, you might wanna do a bump there.
