Default Wiring Aftermarket Coil (YEL wire?)

I was just wondering if anyone would happen to know where the larger YEL wire (which normally run to the factory coil) taps into an aftermarket coil, the positive or negative? It runs to the ICM but the Helms gives no information on wether its a positive or negative.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you wiring it to an aftermarket ignition? or are you just installing an aftermarket coil?

yellow wire is power to the icm so it must be tapped, tapped or connected to the yel/blk wire to send power to the icm Blue wire is your trigger which goes to the negative side of the coil and blk/yel is your swithched 12 volt source.

Thankyou sooo much for the info. I can't believe the factory manual doesn't explain its use.
