I blew my tranny and need to buy a new one, is there any places I can order the Type-S tranny with the LSD?

 

The type S tranny does not have a LSD rather it has ATTS just like the USDM type SH tranny. but i'm asuming that you are really wanting the Sir S spec tranny, that does indded have a LSD

 

there is a version available that has lsd only and its not an Automatic ATTS.You probably have better luck tracking down a euro accord r tranny or even a standard jdm h22a lsd tranny.

 

the euro r tranny has shorter gears right? where can i get ne? since this thread is so similar to mine, i'm still looking for a tranny. whoever pm'ed me saying they had one for sale, can you e-mail me? wutangben@aol.com

That would be the Spec-S BB6

 

My buddy has a JDM Euro-R Tranny with LSD....$1000+Shipping takes it. There's a buyer tho already...so yu would need to show me the money like today.

why dont you buy a Quafie tranny? it's lifetime warrenty? cheaper than them jdm tranny? and when those JDM break down...are you gonna send it to japan to get it fix?

I have a euro-r...it's sick!

There's nothing special about a 5th gen Sir- Spec-s tranny with LSD....nothing that special at all.

 

I'm want buy a EuroR tranny. Anybody know who manufactures the LSD. I was told that Cusco made the one for the JDM Prelude. I called Cusco and they said that they probably do but did not know the part number. They said that if I mailed mine to them, then they could match it up with one of theirs. Sounded risky, plus with the high rate of JDM LSD's breaking, I decided to pass on buying the JDM.
