Woo Hooo.. it's just past 4 in the morning and i'm all done with the axles! took me about 4 hours including clean up and test drive. I'd like to thank everyone for their help. Especially B18C5-EH2 for the super helpful tech thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=382416

I saved 400 bux tonight!
PS quick one...
the cv boots them selves... one of them has this part of the rubber that's like pushed in... couldn't get it out by hand and didn't want to risk tools... i figure once it gets up to high speed it will pop it self out? or should I actually do something about this one?
