why do cars get in a wrecked an dont start back up???

i see alot of cars get in a wrecks, an dont start up back up ! why is that? an how to fix that? some one said cut off switch or fuse blow??? yall know how to fix an why????its late......

usually in most wrecks, the starter/dizzy/battery/fan wires ground out depending where the car was hit. and the short in the electrical system blows a fuse.
