Hey guys jus wanted to post up my times for my stock 93 dx hatch. It has cold air intake and open headers. Yea i know its slow but oh well.

16.1 isnt bad for a STOCK hatch


where did you run at?

 

Seems like a pretty good time for a DX. Get your 60' down a hair and see 15s

 

I ran at houston raceway park in baytown tx.

Reaction time could use some work , but not bad at all for a dx. I see a lot of scrubs run at the track with sohc vtec's that don't come close to your time.

i used 195-55-15 dunlop sp sport w-10 tires and i took out the passenger seat and rear hatch cover. I left my sub and amps in the trunk cuz too many wires to take out, so i guess it evens out.

That's a seriously nice time for what you're running. I know it's a bit of extra work but if you pulled all the **** out, man, you might have high 15's.

Well, maybe not, but still. Race prepping is very important.

 

Nice times Better than many swapped cars! My best in my old DX hatch was a 10.6 1/8th so your up quite a bit!

 

16.1 is not bad at all for a stock DX, w/ some more mods sounds like u can run 15s

 

nice times for a dx hatch bro the best i cold pull out of my dx coupe was a 16.3@88 or some **** like that. but i didnt have my sub in the back though too.

It'll help if you dont mind being loud as hell. Which you shouldn't.

 

yea, open header is REALLY LOUD, but as long as it makes you go faster

Hell no 16.1 in a dx hb. He's not listing some thing.

 

He could have a freak of a motor. It sounds believable to me.

A timeslip would be nice, though.

i believe it... the day after i bought my 95 si i ran it w/ a filter on a stick just to see b4 i ripped it apart... 15.9 at 2000ft not so bad
