Hey I plan on doing this swap next month, ive done a search no help...i mean everyone posts pics and kind a says how its done but not really...poison helped me out with the wiring part of it (thanx a bunch) but now i need help on dropping it in and all that...i just want to get all the research done so i can do it right and have no problems. also ive seen that some peoples car dash shakes with this motor in and ive seen once in a car this guy had a tein shock stabilizer for the motor and it stopped the shaking. i know this is a lot but i would really appreciate the help so i can get this done right

 

The SCC from a couple months backhad a good picture, step by step instruction for it......

Well, we have pictures of the swap (as I do as well). I can also take pictures for what areas you want to research.

I'm just not sure what specific info you're lookin for.

that would be cool if u could send me the pics. but what im sayin is everyone shows pics on how it goes but no one ever goes and says how they do it step by step, like what needs to be unbolted and all that, i mean i never an engine swap b4 and am a lil scared that i mess up and then im screwed.

 

thats the mag you need, thats what I used when i did my H22 swap, about 80% about the swap is in there.

hey i got the issue its september 2001 but u said it covers 80% whats the other 20%

yeah i believe it has to do with the motor mounts. i know people will disagree but i have found people with the place racing mounts, have the vibration. i have place racing mounts, and i have the vibration. i have replaced them, with new place racing mounts and still nothing. i think the mounts are just a bad design. i like the HASport ones. very nice but i don't have the money right now to reaplce them... HTH
