Default a good sleeper looking muffler

i was thinking about changing my muffler on my car for a more of a sleeper look. whats a good stock looking muffler that doesnt have a big ugly tip? i have heard about dynamax and have also thought of maybe using a ITR muffler and if there was any way to hollow that out. currently i have a tsudo and i do luv it but everyone has a damn canister and i am frankly sick of seeing the other 5 teal green coupes around here with the same muffler :-/

stock ITR is fine but why would you want to gut it? I guess 1 or 2 hp is more important to you than a quiet exhaust system.

A stock exhaust with 2.25-2.5" piping (straight as possible of course).

i dunt care about how loud it is because as long as it looks like its a dinky stock exhaust its all good. my car is loud n has a canister grillin every cop that i drive past.....

ES oval...Pretty cool, kinda loud. Needs another coat of flat black. But, for as loud as it may be, I have been pulled over twice lately for unrelated occurances...And the cops have not mentioned or even looked at my exhaust. When I had my Apex RS on, I was hassled every single time I was pulled over...Regardless of offence. I have been very pleased with it for that reason alone. I can deal with the noise if it keeps cops off my ***.

ok sleeper look, and sleeper are different

an es oval is almost as loud as no muffler....that wouldnt be too sleeper now would it?

dude, get a frekin flowmaster, i got one and every one thinks i got a stock muffler untill i real get on it. it's the best muffler that i'v ever had (60 series is for imports) and not many people have them so thats a good thing to. they are about the same size as the ES oval but the tip is lower so the muffler hides under your bumper better.

get a ctr muffler it'll fit better than itr and be stock looking.. id paint it all black even the it.. try and make it look like **** ,so less people think you got **** in your car.. unless they know there **** which most theives would then they know you will be hidding something.

thats questionable. we sell es oval style mufflers and many are not loud at all. you can read in many post that the ppl dont seem to think they are loud?

just mentioning that " when your doing a setup" there are many factors that will change the sound and tone:

I have a dynomax super turbo muffler tucked underneath my rear lip
I'm running a high flow cat with 5zigen fireball b-pipe
Its quiet and sounds great if you ask me

oh i have a flowmaster also, it looks almost like my stock muffler w/o a tip. its called a deltaflow, my 4-1 header still makes my car loud though

i miss my quiet d16
