need a quote on some body work

ok i got a pretty good scratch on my front bumper.. i need to get it repainted... so im guessing i can take it off and take it to a body shop for them to paint? or do they need the whole car?

i think they would need the whole car if you want the paint to match up correctly with the existing paint .
