ok i got an 88 si , with a type r block, gsr head and all the basic boltons like the headers, the skunk 2 intake mali, skunk 2 ecu and an act stage 2 clutch

no way my i ran 13.4 before i jus was wondering if that was average fast or slow

why would you call BS on something like that? if he really has a type R motor and he has some decent rubber, driving skills and good track conditions there isnt any reason he wouldnt go low 13s. LSVTEC setups usually run low 13s in a rex, the power output is similiar to that of B18C5. But I would like to see his slip as well.

 

thank u no cams yet but i was running nitto 555r drag radials at 20 psi and its a 2000 b18c5 wit a 95 gsr head

MAybe if he had NO clue on how to drive but b16's bone stock run those number I say low 14's maybe high 13's post a slip and prove us all wrong 13.4 is a nice number and if tahts what you ran then

well ill believe it when he post a pic of the slip

also just because its a "combo motor mid 13's-14's" doesnt mean his going to run that time...its also depends on what kind of tires and how much the car weights

 

a 13.4 @ only 83 mph? That sounds odd.

with slicks you should hit high 12s cause a stock gsr hatch h/i/e with slicks ran 13.3s at a local track around here
