I was wondering if it comes out of the left side where the little hump is for the exhaust tip.

it comes out at a angle from the factory hole in the bumper and it is a canister style and it sounds great

How much was the the catback....

 

i have Tanabe Super Racing Medallion on my rex, its a little different from the Hyper Medallion ...it comes out of the factory spot in the bumper and curves a little to the left...it looks raw *** hell...kinda ricey unlike the thermal but its still ****** aggressive looking. It sounds nice & smooth in low rpm's but when you get into VTEC...it sounds ******' mean ...i would buy it, its an awesome exhaust....peace!
