Clicking Noise

Clicking Noise
I just recently heard a clicking noise when making a right hand turn at low speeds. I wasn't too sure what it was but when the car was parked, I turned the steering wheel and I hear the clicking/clunking noise again. I have an idea of what it might be, but can anybody help me as to the specific problem??
