JDM ITR Recaro or Sparco Torinos?
Alright..I know I should ask this in apparance forum..but I like this forum better and seems like people care about it more here..so here it is
I'm getting the JDM Front-End conversion and just the ITR side-skirt instead of the whole crazy bodykit stuff and go w/ sleeper's look....my question is...should i spend $2500 to get the whole JDM ITR Sparco's (front and rear seat) or spend like the most $1500 for the Sparco Torino's and ITR rear side?!? Any input would be greatly appreciate

Maybe go with Corbeau Carreras instead if you don't want to spend too much money?

well I have been searching for good deals on both for a while and actually settled on del sol seats ($230 for the pair) and harneses.
I plan on getting the del sol seats reupholstered with recaro fabric soon, even though now they look fine... but the recaro fabric is grippy.
Now I found jdm seat pairs as low as $1800 with rails and sliders, and in great condition with pics... but I didnt have that much to spend.
Torinos will run $1400 new if you get a great deal, and maybe $1000 used.
anyone wanna agree with these quotes here? the prices may be different if you have a lot in your area....
if you are actually getting a jdm conversion, do yourself a favor and get JDM RECAROS.
there is a slight difference in feel/quality.. recaros being nicer.
you will have the best and also rare seats for about $600 more... maybe its worth it to you...

If you're considering something as high-end as the Recaro's, why not also consider Sparco's top seat -- the Milano. It's like the Torino, but it also has the adjustable lumbar support.
From the Sparco web site:
The most advanced adjustable sport seats ever manufactured by Sparco. Anatomic, extremely comfortable and in a refined and modern design. Back rest can be reclined to the millimeter, but features the exclusive QTS Technology (quick tilt system) technology for rapid return ot the upright position. It also features a revolutionary contoured injection molded memory foam. Touring car inspired g-force absorbing side bolsters. Perforated abrasion resistant inserts, and a micro-fine recline mechanism. This seat also features a lumbar adjustment system to ensure proper ergonomics and ultimate comfort while driveing at all times.

Or what about Recaro SRDs? They're almost the same as JDM Recaros, and way cheaper ($599 each). Of course, I think they're out of stock almost everywhere now.

Wow the sparco milanos are sick.

I can get the Torinos for like $650 each i think. They are not cheap thats for sure. But boy are they nice. I want a racing seat, but lack of funding sucks.

Hehe..thanks for the advice guy...now i'm more confused...I mean i like both sparco and recaro's...i think they're pretty much same quality and just the price tag is different.....i know recaro's are much more rare and prolly will make people drool and theif magnet...but $2500 shipped is kinda hard to swallow...well, i just realized that tornino's rill run me like $1500 istself cuz i forgot to add the rail and stuff...yuck..think i'll go w/ RECARO's

How about explaining to us WHY they suck... instead of asking us to trust you.
