SAFC II Wires???
I have searched high and low and have looked at Apexi site with not much help. Basically on the new SAFC II there are more wires for the ecu than the first version. I have been searching for info on what each wire goes to and have only been able to map about 8 of them. If you have any info, that would be very helpful.
Well basically I folowed the wiring diagram you can download off of the Apexi website. That got about 8 wires hooked up but there are some left over. I know one is the engine knock. As of now it is running but I haven't started tunning it, maybe on Monday I'll give it a shot.
If it is like the 1st one there will be i think 2 wires left over for vehicles like the Skyline and 300zx that have multiple inputs and outputs. I dont have any experience with the 2nd version though.
cool, any tips fortuneing would help me also. i have a 92 hatch w/ LS motor 440 injectors and turbo. Not sure on how to setup the SAFC II and Apexi AVCR AVC-R for a turbo setup
Here's what I got so far from a guy that speaks Japanese. Hopefully it's good.
the pink and orange is for mitsubishi, the blue
wire is for skyline
Red-Power
Green-RPM singal
Purple-knock sensor
Grey-Throttle singal
Brown-Ground
Black-Ground
Yellow-Air flow pressure singal output
White-Air flow pressure singal input

I found this but they don't talk of any blue wire, despite the fact that you can see it on the pics...

do you know what the green (rpm signal) goes to on the ecu....the apexi website says ignition signal, but that doesn't sound right to me, let me know.
