drove no more then 2 miles and got pulled over for speeding. The cop said he heard me like a mile away so I caught his attention. That thing is f#@king LOUD!!!! But it is sweet when in vtec.

Actually I just got a warning. But I will be looking for a way to silence the N1 for the street. I think spoon makes a silencer for it but it's not availible here in the US as of yet.

yes a silencer will make any N1 muff a different exhaust alltogether.
I drove with my Apexi N1 silencer in yesterday, actually all day and was amazed at how much it does quiet the system down, and droning is almost gone at highway speeds.
but I still didnt like it because it became quiet but higher pitched at VTEC.
hi-pitch---> yuck! I like the booming wail of the N1, so that silencer is back in my closet.

 

I have the Tanabe Racing Medallion. I tried putting in the silencer and it sounded like Doo Doo. I'll never use it again.
