Default will my car be able to handle slicks??? help

hey wassup guyz i was just wondering will my car/motor handle all motor slicks?? the thing is im b18b turbocharged. and its bone stock. will it be able to handle all motor slicks?? will i have to worry bout my axles?? and i have all the mounts. three of em have energy suspension mount inserts. well thanks for any help u guyz give me imma go to the track next week. bye

they are 200x6 on 14's i just picked them up from my friend today.. let me know guyz track is this sat. at carlbad..

you should be fine. those slicks are small slicks.

yep ill let u guyz know how i do.. thanks for the help so ill just use these slicks then.. first time usin slicks any ideas on where to launch??

make sure your clutch is ok, slicks like to rip clutches apart... Good luck this weekend...

are u running stock gears? if so 20" slicks should work nicely on a low boost LS turbo.

yep my clutch is a two month old clutch specialties six puck hyper clutch which i can get for u guys.. and yep everythings bone stock turbo charged. only bad thing is that its non intercooled at the time. but im only runnin 5 psi.. but thanks for the info.. hope to see u guyz there..

20x6x14's????

That is barely enough slick for a stock block NA D16Z6, even at 14 psi tire prssure. Below that and they start cupping, giving LESS traction!

You need 22x8x13's or more!!!!!!!

you will be fine. dont worry. my friend went 12.3 in a 280whp gsr on 20x14x7 slicks. he coulda gone faster on bigger slicks but they hooked alot better then street tires.
