I don't believe the fronts will work as they are listed as a different part number. The rears are the same though.

OK thanks, I just looked at my pads and they are fine. I am hearing this noise coming from the rear like a squealing type sound. It sounds like worn out pads scraping but the pads look fine. Any ideas what it could be? Anything I should check?

Did you check both the inboard and outboard pads? The inboard pad has a tendency, due to the single piston design, to wear faster.

Make sure you check both pads on both sides of the car.
