Type R throttle body on B17a1???
Hey guys, need your opinion on this. got a type R throttle body off a buddy and i'm thinking about putting it on my DA gsr. Problem is the hoses. the B17's throttle has 3 vaccum hoses and the type r has none only an extra sensor. should I leave the 3 vaccum off or cap... what will you do???
you guys should know which one's the type r, if not i don't need your opinion. lol

run the itr tbody , i know the canister hose wont hook up no big deal and there is another vacum line you dont use on the itr , you will need a itr tby gasket ,and possibly a itr throtte cable or swap over you b17a pulley , the itr and b17 throttle pulleys are setup up diffrent
Just FYI, if for some reason you dont decide to run the ITR TB, and you keep the B17, take that little valve thing off. You dont need it and it just takes up space. Its an emmssion device that doesnt really do anything.
I no now just finish installing and test beating on it. got everything to hook up but the canister hose. so far so good but the idle jumps alittle(100 rpm). other than that it ok. performance wise, loud, very loud, intake, exhuast, and V-tec... faster throttle response... that's all I notice for now...
