??what it would take to get that OBD1 dist to work on OBD0 harness

and if you do attempt to repin your OBD1 dist. to the OBD0 harness.. any idea's on why it would overheat, and get hot, key on, engine OFF ?

Apparently the wires match colour for colour, but I don't know. You'd have to use the OBD-O plug and repin the OBD-I pins into it.

You would have to repin your ECU or run wires from the ECU directly to th e OBD1 distributer. You would also have to modify your engine harness with OBD1 distributor plugs.

i have the Obdo-Obd1 harness but i dont know what to do with the distrubor i know i have to repin the gsr plug to my stock plug but it heats but to bad

take out OBD0 plug and slap on the OBD1 Plug from the engine harness.

match up the colors from the Distributor PLUG.

why are there 2 white wires on my stock harness? and only one on the gsr distributor?

The resistor box needs to be removed, obd1 O2 sensor replaces the original obd1 sensors(primary and secondary), and you need obd1 fuel injectors instead of the obd0.

"obd1 O2 sensor replaces the original obd1 sensors(primary and secondary)," sorry for my typo. OBD0 02 sensors(primary and secondary) should be changed for an OBD1 O2 sensor.

i have my hole swap and wireing done just not my dizzy danm thing keeps on heating up with out the motor running!
