some ppl asked me how bright the fog lights are -- well i finally finished the inside wiring so here are some pics. teh brackets wouldn't fit on right so i left them off.

They seem pretty damn bright! I like. How much did those run you?

 

i got them cheap off a guy for about $30 -- but i had to order a new relay, about $5

 

your teg almost looks identical to mine! 94 GSR?

 

looks good. ive never seen them in person,so this is why i ask: do they just drill into the existing square plastic piece? and you said you didnt use the brackets, what do you mean.

btw: what kind of lip is that?

 

yeap its a 94 gsr. and the lip is a comptech

on the bottom corner of the grill, you have to cut off a square of black plastic -- it's made to go there so it comes off easily and the screw holes to mount it is already there.

here is a pic of the bracket that should go on it but for some reason it wouldn't fit right

 

anyone know where i can get those *Same Exact* ones???
..i like who the lens is blueish clear and the yellow is in the inside. ive seen others with an yellow outter lens and i dont think it looks good...

 

where can u buy these oem "style" fog lights

 

I too have a 94 GSR w/ piaa fog lamps..but w/ the oem switch like you As well as the comptech lip

NOPI has em for about $100, comes w/ OEM harness, switch, instructions, everything. Choice of clear or amber.

yea, i've contacted all the acura dealerships for the harness, but unfortunatly they dont carry just the harness anymore. The only way to get your hands on the harness from acura is to order teh complete OEM fog light kit, which is $275. Do you tink NOPI might sell the harness individually?

i had the same fogs on mine and it didn't come with the harness but i just took it to a shop and they installed it for me using a different harness/wiring. it's was really easy for them and i spent only $80...

maybe if you painted your rear mud-guards, it would go the the side skirts more.....? iono me.

 

Looks like my teg, minus the antenna conversion. I just wired a switch to control the OEM antenna so it doesnt go up when i play cd's.

I was considering painting my GSR rims black.
