First things first. Lower your car. Whatever you do with your car, use quality products, it will pay off in the long run. APC is crap. Look around the board for awhile, if you've got questions, ask. Also use the search function. I think you'll find this board very informative. Good luck and have fun.

avoid APC

making your car "look good" is up to you, but altezzas, wings, body kits, etc are heavily frowned upon, especially if you put them on BEFORE you modify engine parts, suspension, etc, etc. hahaha.

we're a very "anti-rice" board and frankly, I'd hate to see that happen to a pulchritudinous SSBP teg like that one.

When you put that wicked tricked out fast and the furious bodykit on I will buy your bumpers, I will even take those small ugly swirly stock wheels off your hands. How's $300 for everything?

Well the farthest you should go as a body kit is the OEM kit, looks really nice. Definately do suspension, if youre planning on tuning your car theres plenty of info on this board to get you started...the car looks really nice btw

obviously you are new to the import scene. the clear lights, loud/cheap (fart can) mufflers, and apc style stuff is crap, dont do it. keep your bumpers and wheels, if you want to upgrade the exterior, i say either a oem kit or the c-west kit. wheels, the gsr blades(what you have) are among the most favorite wheel that came on teh gsr, i know they are not 18's like you stated, but a bigger wheel is a heavier and slower wheel.
start with the basics, intake full exhaust and lower the car. dont buy the ebay coilovers for $89, they are in reality adjustable springs. buy some koni shocks with springs, or if you want adjustability go with either ground control or skunk2 adjustable springs. coilovers, are a full system of shocks and springs, like the brand tien. make sure you get a good alarm, but when it comes to alarms, a good alarm will not help the car, but a good install will. make sure it is installed good.
and for $9,500, with 53k miles, its a good deal, nice choice.
and if you have a ?, 99% of the time its already been asked, so run a search. if its not here, you can always check http://www.team-integra.net.

thats is a good price for that car. Its your money and do what you wish with it. Some people on Honda Tech would tell ya what they believe in but dont understand that this is your money. You do what ever you wish with it. Its all about personal perference, some men like redheads, i like asians. Anyways, good luck with your car and welcome to Hondatech.

oh by the way you said you might be interested in 18inch wheels, my buddy is selling his. See if you are interested.

Come on guys! Show your sense of humor for the poor fella.

Let's start with a 5" drop.
14" rollers up fronte with 20" rollers in the rear for that rwd street racer look.
R34 GTR front end conversion with JZA80 Supra tial lights, Porsche DP935 whale tail and FD3S RX-7 mirrors mounted on the Z3 fenders.
Patent leather covered fiber-look seats with harness pads on the stock seat belt.
Kraco 8 track with a audivox eq/booster amp, (2) "24 woofs and (1) 8 inch tweet.
6" chain steering wheel so you drive with handcuffs
Single carb JDM D13B auto slushbox swap so you can get 40+mpg.
1.5" exhaust with three cats and reverse super ultra choker flow muffler sportin' a 9" tip.
Chrome Holley air fliter, cover all wires and hoses with blue loom, and add neon to the bottom of your pimp ride so the cops will stop you instead of other people.
Quadruple decker D1 drift wing and triple Canards on the front.
Don't forget to get a huge vinyl sticker that says..... V8's are for wimps!

Sorry guys! I'm a in a rare good mood today. But on the serious tip, go to the appearance section for bling bling advise because you will only get ridiculed everywhere else.

At least this fellow is on the forums asking rather than going ahead and making is car 2fast2ugly.

Things to consider...

Integras have a high theft rate for many reasons. Making exterior modifications will invite problems by bringing attention upon yourself.

Second, most people who do glamour mods tend to get bored with it after a while and revert back to stock or pour more money into more outrageous mods. Its sort of like getting a tattoo... some people say you just cant stop with one. Figure what you are getting yourself into before youre in it.

You can do all that you can to make you happy however, coming on a forum to ask what you should do is really the wrong approach. You might get more helpful insight by asking specifics, "how do you feel about this... What do you think of these... etc..."

Its like saying "is everything alright" to a girl who's clearly unhappy. You'll never get a straight answer that will help and youre obviously not in the know.

If you must, hang out in the appearance forum and see what the current trends are.

This forum more geared for technical folks who like to deal with tuning, mechanical and technical aspects of the teg.

As for the guy that says "we like to keep things stock"... I see it as ...we appreciate our cars for what they are and tuning them to push the envelope on performance. Lots of kids make this Importscene totally outrageous by the cheap low quality mods... We just hope you wont enlist in the 66.7 percentile.

Good luck and enjoy the ride.

The definition of rice is in my sig. You need to be more specific as to what your goals are. If you search and can't find anything, elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish with your posts, anyway welcome to H-T.

1st thing you do is security, you should know these cars are very sought after and thieves will stop at nothing to get there hands on one.So you need to be aware of that, when I got mine I put an alarm in and never worried only to find a thieve ripped right thru it and was off with the car in a **** hair over a minute,I was lucky they found it about 10 minutes from my house parked the same night with no damage. However I've seen my friends get stolen 2 times in just over a month and the 2nd time just the chassis was left.
1.Basic rules=never leave your teg at the movies or mall, prime thief spot.
2.Always be aware, the guys followed me right into my job and as soon as I went in the hopped in it and stole it,later I had security show me the video and saw the whole operation and didnt even know they followed me right in.
3.DL,never discuss mods or anything in front of anyone that isn't really close and trust worthy, all types of ricy hot stunnas will want to know whats in it so they can steal it,it makes there mouth salivate.
4.Security,layer your system,autolock,shift lock,club,cutoff,lojack,and a well installed alarm.
I listed these because it will help keep the car in your hands, and if you didnt know it could turn out a nightmare.Being aware of this gives a better chance for your teg to have a long and healthy life.
IMO I would leave the outside stock with the addition of an OEM kit.And a nice drop.
Nice color

rice

all motor power

atleast think before you go wasting your money on body kits, spoilers and such. If you want to rice out a car please sell your GSR to someone that will treat it right and pick up some other ride.
