You can use the existing contact, even on aftermarket wheels, we've done it dozens of times.

It was $5 CAD. Cheap. And I don't see how it's possible to use the stock one as it is an SRS cable reel.

I took a peice of wire from my mig welder and wrapped that so it made the contact on the back of the aftermarket wheel. hey dont flame it works

I wouldn't know since I've never installed or seen the honda part. However, my horn works perfectly.
EDIT: For $5 CAD, why worry about it, just buy the Honda part.
