How about a front end, skirts, wheels, and a paint job?

well im not really a fan of the rear bumper, it came with the car, so its still there, id rather have a stock red one, thats why i dont have the rest of the kit. The oz wheels also came with the car, im trying to trade them for something else tho, or if i cant , they will just get painted. the body has 187,000miles with original paint, so i think the paint is in great condition and no rust.

I can see you put alot of work into it, B16A, etc... but she's coming along right? Get it painted, front lip spoiler, different rims, get stock rear bumper just suggestions. Keep up the hard work.

I like the Del Sol's in there, look comfy. Not a fan of just the rear bumper, but it's coming along

haha our rear covers rule! and yes the shifts are very short, and you need some muscle to put it in gear

paint the wiperblades black, looks like it lost the paint like on mine. cheap and easy to do... recondition or replace the black bumper moldings on the car...
overall looks good, just get oem rear bumper

if you don't have any rear seats, wouldn't taking the rear seatbelts out be the logical thing to do?

at some time or point i may put some rear seats in there, is it just 2bolts to take it off? i may do that tomorrow weather permitting, i also wanna hide my battery under that somehow to get it out of my engine bay.

just pop your paneling off and you will see it's not a big task at all.

battery relocation is a MUST on 88-81 hondas.

all you need is
-a long length of big gauge wire: like a power wire for an amp
-a short length of wire for the ground: make sure to sand down whever you plan to bolt this to
-some sort of connection to mate the original + cable to the new long one
-cable ends: the two connectors for the terminals and one for the ground that you bolted down somewhere in the rear near the battery

if you aren't gonna use a sealed battery box with a vent tube that leads somewhere outside of the cabin(this is for regular type batteries) then you need to get a gel-cell battery that won't vent toxic fumes into your breathing air.

search for the T1R racing battery thread in the type-r forum to find all the good info and cheap deals on gel-cells.

not a must as in it's a safety concern or a must like it's gonna give you 50 million hp, it's just nice to have the extra room to work with when the battery isn't in the engine bay(especially with a b series in there). plus, a little better weight distribution never hurt nobody, aye?

all that extra room is just a nice luxury to treat yourself to when you've got a b-series under the hood. forgive the overly general/misleading comment.

I like it. Very nice and clean car with a swap
The more I see them, the more I want an EF, I have an EG but I'm thinking of getting a commute car that I don't need to worry about when I leave it at school for 4 hours. (your car's good inspiration for me)
