1) '97 ITR lip would work wouldnt it?
2) there should be a place that pulls dings in your area for relatively cheap(yellow pages)
3) If you want to upgrade http://www.fastbrakes.com if you just want replacements http://www.nopi.com brembo blanks are good n cheap.

 

1. Get a Comptech lip.
2. Depends on the size and severity. Look in your yellow pages for paintless dent removal.
3. Either go cheap and get some autozone ones. Or pay just a tad more and get some brembo blanks from http://collettimotorsports.com/
4. Yah, it's good but there is better. My personal fav is Zaino.

 

theres a spoon carbon fiber lip you can buy or my other favorite the 97 itr lip. and for your dent problum, i work in a body shop so my opion would be let pentless dent removal look at them 1st b4 you let someone bondo them up. and for the brakes, get some cross drilled or better yet itr five lug conversion!

 

any 94-97 lip will work, definately get some cross-drilled rotors if you need new ones.

2. sure, with money anything is possible, but if i were you i would leave it alone, cuz perfection does not exist. meaning once you get it pulled, some where along the line some careless "person" will slam it up real good.
