Throttle body spacer?

Does this actually work or is it a gimmick like the "texas tornado"

it is supposed to increase velocity.

any opinions?

It works well for carburated cars to aid in better mixing of fuel and air, but all I can see it doing for us is at the most changing the torque curve verry slightly.

i have one of those... all i felt was a ALOT better throttle response, but nothing really in the power... the better throttle response could also be there cuz of the throttle cable being alot tighter...
