Default Suspension travel

Its not really ITR specific, and I understand the majority of you here don't lower you car to extremes, but any additional suspension travel is a good thing right?

I have a set of these, in front and rear. Work great, no bottoming issues. They're only $75/pair

If I still had my bilstein/GC setup I'd pimp those.

Does anyone know if there are fitment issues with Tein HA's?

I know they will slide on the shock shafts, the springs should be a pretty close fit..
but..

we know how tall the shafts protrude past the hat, and I wonder if the extra 1 1/2 inch is enough to put the adjusters into your hood.

How did you like the bilsteins? I was looking to purchase a set should I ever change setups. how well did they dampen the gc's? I know they're "self adjusting" but how well does that really work.?TIA

As far as I could tell, I still had room to spare when it came to hood clearance.

I loved the bilsteins. I admit that I had them near the edge of their ability with 450/600 lb springs.. but even then it wasn't bad. If you have lower rate's they'll damper just fine, (They did with my old ~270lb springs all around very very smooth)

I've seen the ha's worst case scenario, you have to dril two small holes in the skeleton.
