Has anyone ever tried this???
I am in the middle of attempting to fabricate my own "JDM" fog lights on my 4thgen.
I pretty much just got the JDM lights from a parts distributer, then cut a hole in the little black piece of plastic on the bumper where they lights would be if they were opted for when the car was purchased. Im going to install them from the back so that only the lens shows.
Has anyone else ever done this or am I the only retard?
If you have gone through this please let me know if you had to take the bumper off or if it ended up lookin hacked-off and you regret it.
Thanks

hey, firstly..how much did you pay for the fogs and where from? secondly- i don't know how reliable a point of mounting that cover would be to cut out and bolt to. there are alternatives such as: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=468017
(c/f trim for the fog light). But if you really want to do a good job i suggest getting yourself a dremel, taking off the bumper, making measured and well planned cuts, that way it wont look hacked up or anything bad like that. Good luck.

I got the fogs from this Japanese Parts Importer place in Toronto. They have like 4-5 4th gen ludes that are cut right in half and are from the Jap. market.
Its pretty cool in there actually,
But, ya, Im gonna see how well I can do this little job and If not Im going to try to get those housings you referred me to.
Oh, and I got the lights for $40 cdn. Pretty sweet deal eh?
Peace
