1990 crx hf b16a with s2k seats blah blah blah
this car is up on ebay but i figured i'd post it here for possible outside sale. here's my best description and pics.
a b16a was swapped into this vehicle using hasport mounts before i bought it. when i purchased it this vehicle needed 2000$ in repairs. repairs were as follows. all new suspension bushing (energy suspension kit) new tie rods, control arms and bushing, new TPS sensor, new VTEC solenoid gasket. new tires were also needed. all of these parts were replaced by a honda tech named Joel at rickwoodson honda in roanoke va. they can verify the condition of the car if the buyer is worried about it and they also have a list of repairs the did to the car if you want details. now onto the goodies.
the motor runs strong, a new 5sp manual pr3 ecu was just installed to replaced the old AT pr3 that was in there before. this give you the true 8100 rpm rev limit. a power sachs clutch was installed when they did the swap. the tint is very dark, you will have to check legality. brand new 16 axis VPD's were just put on along with toyo fz4 tires. these themselves were 1600$. S2k seats were also swapped into the car. CTR cams are also inside the b16a motor. the chasis of the car has about 130k on it with the motor having another 33k or so on it. i have only driven this car 3 times since i've had it (december 02). there is also a short shifter with a type-r shift ****. the battery has been reloacted to the rear of the car. there is a catco high flow cat along with a hks exhaust. there is a ton of stuff to this car and i'm probably leaving some of it out. i'll let the pictures speak for the rest of it.
if you use the buy it now of 6800$ i will throw in a turbo kit, all you will need is the downpipe to complete this kit. all the boxes are in the rear of the car. there are a lot of other modifications, tokicho shocks with eibach springs help to lower this car down. there is still plenty of ground clearance as i don't scrape over most speed bumps. the car handles great and rides great but is very vey stiff. i have put a lot of money into this car to get it where it's at right now. there is also a brand new c&r radiator with fan that needs to be installed, i've just never gotten around to it. this car is sold as is, it's a used car but in very driveable condition and would be a very fun weekend car.
also that 6800 includes the kit but not installed.

still have the car, everyone keeps flaking out on me. i want it gone. if you want it without rims and seats we can work something out but i don't have the stock ones to put back in.
